Cape Retaining Systems was started 10 years ago as the marketing arm of Klapmuts Concrete and is the Western Cape  licensee for Terraforce.

The technical staff at CRS can guide customers towards the most economic and suitable Terraforce retaining block for specific retaining problems. CRS also offers the services of selected approved retaining wall contractors for professional quotations and installations of retaining blocks.

By using these recommended contractors the public has peace of mind that his or her contract will be carried out professionally as recommended by the original licensee of that particular product used, and that the contractor will give a proper guarantee for any come backs that could occur.

All the recommended contractors have a minimum of ten years experience in the retaining wall field. CRS can also offer assistance with the design of a retaining wall for municipality submission.

	Terraforce Retaining Block L11 Standard (or Rock Face finish) ®  Optional vertical interlock allowing for seamless variations of wall inclination (90-35 degrees). Eliminate the use of geogrids in many cases. Convex and concave corners and curves of small radius allow complex designs to suit most site conditions. 	Terraforce Retaining Block L13 and L18 Standard ® Terraforce blocks lend themselves, among many other applications, to creating beautiful terraced gardens, heavy duty retaining and erosion control, for storm water, river bank and sea shore protection. 	Terraforce Retaining Block L12 Standard (or rock face) ®   Reacting to a growing demand by their longstanding customers, Cape Retaining Systems have launched the new cost-effective Terraforce L 12 block. Aimed at the D.I.Y. market, the block is about 11% cheaper than the popular L11 block, lighter and easier to handle with better colour consistency. more

	Terrafix Erosion Control block ®  Interlocking environmentally acceptable element made of high strength concrete. 	Terralite Rock Face block ® (light landscaping)  It’s small size means that it goes around sharp or wide convex and concave curves with ease. It also merges seamlessly from a vertical to an inclined wall. It can be used to create steps by reversing the block and changing the texture and it can be used in combination with the 4×4 Multi Step block. The 150mm riser of the 4×4 Multi Step block matches the Terralite height. more
